Henderson police say Henderson Police Department employee Michael L. Faires was arrested on a misdemeanor first offense domestic battery charge on February 1 at about 11:40 p.m. He has been employed with the Henderson Police Department since February 2002. He is on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of an administrative investigation.
