9 P.M.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the public’s help with finding 13-year-old Ja'Miya Marry and her sister 5-year-old Kaydence Jackson.
Ja'Miya and Kaydence were last seen in the area of South Mountain Vista Street and East Flamingo Road at 1 p.m.
Anyone with any information on their location were asked to contact the LVMPD at 702-828-3111.
UPDATE 2:25 P.M.:
Las Vegas police say a search and rescue team is working on helping a stranded hiker at Sunrise Mountain. Authorities say he has been stranded since just before 1:30 p.m. and that they have located him. He appears to be OK.
UPDATE 12 P.M.:
Red Rock Scenic Drive is now open. Authorities say to be prepared for a long wait as turnout is high on this holiday weekend. Free entry to the Scenic Drive in honor of President's Day.

The I-15 is now open in both directions between St. Rose Parkway and Primm. We are hearing reports of another crash near St. Rose Pkwy and I-15, stay tuned for updates.

Closure on I-15 has been extended to Primm (stateline) now. I-15 closed from St. Rose to Jean. Both directions. Black ice and crashes.
Red Rock Scenic Drive is also closed due to ice. The Bureau of Land Management says it is unsure at this time when the road will be back open.
