This is a roundup of all the breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley for February 11, 2018.

11 P.M.

One person was shot in the torso around 10:30 p.m. in the 2500 block of Sherwood Street. That's near Sahara and Paradise. The victim was transported to the hospital in unknown condition. The suspect is still on the loose. READ MORE

8:40 P.M.

Police are investigating a homicide. Police say a person was shot and killed near Sahara and Paradise. The shooter is still on the run. READ MORE

5:34 P.M.

Police are at the scene of a barricade situation at an apartment complex at 8600 West Charleston Boulevard, near Durango Drive. READ MORE.

4:20 P.M.

Traffic cameras show that the roads are back open near Flamingo and Paradise.

3:47 P.M.

A crash involving five cars happened around 2:46 p.m. near Flamingo and Paradise roads. All eastbound Flamingo road lanes are closed and southbound Paradise road is closed near the intersection. Police say no one needed to be taken to the hospital.
