The following is a roundup of breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley.

6:25 P.M.

Police are investigating a critical stabbing in the 2800 block of North Rancho Drive, near the North Las Vegas Airport. Officers said they were called to that location with reports of a domestic-related argument that turned into a person getting stabbed multiple times. One suspect was in custody with authorities searching for another.

9:55 A.M.
Las Vegas police are investigating a shooting and home invasion. Police say 2 men were dropped off at Southern Hills Hospital with gunshot wounds. Shortly before the men were dropped off, police received a report of a home invasion in the 9200 block of Star Cross Lane near Spring Mountain Road and Fort Apache Road. The homeowner is claiming he was shot in the leg by 2 males. The homeowner also fired at the suspects. The homeowner was transported to University Medical Center. Police are saying that the incidents may be connected.

7:33 A.M.
There is a crash on South Decatur Boulevard Northbound at the 215 Beltway, according to Nevada Highway Patrol. Left lanes are blocked. Expect delays. Authorities say a bicyclist was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.

4 A.M.
Authorities are investigating the cause of a house fire this morning near Sahara Avenue and Tree Line Drive. According Clark County Fire Department, the fire happened while the home occupant was sleeping just before 4 a.m. Officials say nobody was hurt. Damage is estimated at $150,000.
