9:50 P.M.
Las Vegas Fire & Rescue responded to a fire at a vacant building at 1715 Fremont Street, near Bruce Street. A second alarm was called while firefighters set up a perimeter to attack the flames. No injuries were initially reported by fire crews.

Fire crews reported most of the flames were knocked down but the building's roof collapsed due to the fire. Fremont Street was also closed at Bruce Street while this was an active situation.

12:37 P.M.
Las Vegas Fire & Rescue responded to a fire at a vacant home near 13th Street and Mesquite Avenue. Officials said there were obvious signs of squatter use and a burning mattress was found outside the building when crews arrived. No injuries have been reported. The cause is still under investigation.
