11:33 P..M.
Las Vegas police are investigating a homicide near Ft. Apache and Twain. Police do not have any suspects.
9:42 P.M.
A victim suffered first and second degree burns after a grease fire at 2121 North Jones Boulevard. Las Vegas Fire and Rescue says the fire happened around 8:49 p.m. and was out upon their arrival. The victim was transported to UMC Trauma.
7:31 P.M.
Two people have been shot near Twain Avenue and Durango Drive. Las Vegas police say both were taken to the hospital, where one of them died. Police still do not have any suspects.
10:58 A.M.
The Clark County Fire Department (CCFD) responded to a report of a fire at 5320 Regal Avenue, near Decatur Boulevard and Spring Mountain Road.
Crews knocked the fire down at a reported time of 11:25 a.m.
The fire is currently under investigation and no injuries were reported.
9:44 A.M.
Nevada Highway Patrol says one person was killed during a rollover on Interstate 15 just outside of Moapa. NHP says they believe the 2000 GMC truck involved blew a tire and the driver did not have on a seatbelt. The deceased is from Overton. The Clark County coroner will release name and age after relatives have been notified. READ MORE.
6: 30 A.M.
Nevada Highway Patrol says that two workers had just gotten out of a truck belonging to Nevada Department of Transportation to do some work when an Audi slammed into the back of their truck. The driver or the truck and driver of the Audi were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Three lanes are currently open. However, motorists can still expect delays in the area. 2
5 A.M.
A crash has resulted in lane closures on northbound U.S. 95 near Jones Boulevard. It appears that a car crashed into the rear of a work truck. An ambulance was seen leaving the scene. Nevada Highway Patrol has not released any information about the crash yet.
