6:47 P.M.
Firefighters responded to a fire on Christy Lane near Nellis and Lake Mead boulevards shortly before 7 p.m. The building appeared to be a vacant mobile home.

7:02 A.M.
Police say that a man who was walking in the area of Lincoln Road and Carey Avenue on Tuesday morning was shot by someone in a beige sedan. The shooter reportedly fired 3 times before speeding off. The victim realized he was shot and ran inside his home. His father called police. The victim was transported to a local hospital and taken into surgery. His condition is unknown at this time. No one has been arrested.
