The following is a roundup of breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley.

5:22 P.M.
Las Vegas police are investigating after a woman was found lying in the street at East Charleston Boulevard and Pecos Street. She was unresponsive and has injuries consistent with being hit by a car. She was transported to UMC Trauma and is listed in serious condition. The police are asking for help from the public to determine what happened to the woman. Call 311 if you have information.

NOON
Las Vegas Fire & Rescue is on the scene of a fire at 10425 Wild Bill Court near West Alexander Road and 215 beltway. The single-story house is fully involved. No injuries reported at this time. 2 adults, 1 child and 1 pet were displaced.

7:12 A.M.
Las Vegas police say a 57-year-old man has died from injuries sustained during a crash on Nov. 30 near West Flamingo Road and Sandalwood Drive. Police were notified of his death on Dec. 16 by the coroner's office, which will also release his identity. His death is the 99th traffic-related death in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s jurisdiction in 2020. The crash remains under investigation. READ ORIGINAL REPORT

6:45 A.M.
The right lane on U.S. 95 southbound at Southern Rancho Drive is blocked following a crash in the area. Expect delays.
