9:46 P.M.
The Nevada Highway Patrol is at the scene of a fatal crash on WB 215 Beltway, near Buffalo Drive. Troopers later said a 28-year-old driver, Adrian Joshua Regalado, was killed in the crash while his vehicle, an Infinity G35, collided into two parked cars on the shoulder. He was not wearing his seat belt.
