A representative for Nevada OSHA has confirmed they are investigating an incident involving a worker at Allegiant Stadium. No other information has been provided at this time.
UPDATE 6:48 A.M.
All lanes on the northbound I-15 on-ramp at Russell Road remain closed after a crash this morning.
4:50 A.M.
Traffic alert: the RTC reports a crash on the Russell Road on-ramp to northbound Interstate 15. All lanes on the on-ramp are blocked. Use alternate routes.
