Police are at the scene of a rollover crash near Silverado Ranch and Las Vegas Boulevard.
This is a developing situation.
5:50 A.M.
Chopper 13 was overhead when police responded to a neighborhood near Hacienda Avenue and Jones Boulevard. A man was seen handcuffed by police in one of the driveways.
