The following is a roundup of breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley.

10 P.M
At approximately 8 p.m. police arrived to a crash near South Buffalo Drive and Torino Avenue near Blue Diamond Road. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Lt. David Gordon said the crash involved one vehicle that rolled over and the driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Buffalo Drive is closed in both directions between West Agate and Ford Avenues and will remain closed for several hours for the investigation.

9:08 P.M.
Fatal crash investigation on the I-15 northbound at speedway, a single vehicle rollover, 1 confirmed deceased. I-15NB closed, northbound traffic diverted off at speedway.

8:15 P.M.
Nevada Highway Patrol is on scene of a crash on I-15 northbound after Las Vegas Motor Speedway, all lanes blocked, use other routes, and expect delays.

6:30 P.M.
Henderson police are on the scene of an armed barricade situation near Whitney Ranch Drive and Patrick Lane. This is an active scene. Please avoid the area.

6:55 A.M.
Two people were transported to the hospital after a crash near Pecos and Russell roads. One person is in critical condition, according to the police. Pecos is closed in both directions from Quail Avenue to Russell Road.
