6:29 P.M.
Police received reports of a male attacking a female near Interstate 15 and Russell road around 4:30 p.m. The woman was taken to the hospital with injuries that are not life threatening. She told officials she was in a dating relationship with the attacker. The suspect was located a short time later and was taken into custody on felony charges.
