4:30 P.M.

Las Vegas police responded to reports of a man smashing windows with a tire iron in a parking lot near Valley View Boulevard and Sirius Avenue, just north of Desert Inn Road. The suspect has been taken into custody while a woman was taken to Sunrise Hospital in unknown condition. Police are investigating the incident as a possible domestic disturbance.

1 P.M.

Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash between a passenger car and an SUV on eastbound State Route 160 at Williams Ranch Road in Mountain Springs. One person is deceased while the condition of a second person is unknown at this time. There are lane closures in the area.

6:30 A.M.

Two school buses were involved in a crash near Cheyenne Avenue and Commerce Street.

12:00 A.M.

Las Vegas police say a 7-Eleven clerk shot and killed a person overnight. READ MORE
