Las Vegas Police confirm that a person was shot and transported to the hospital. The incident occured near Maryland Parkway and East Tropicana.

A manure pile at the former RC pig farm in North Las Vegas has caught fire near North Fifth Street and El Campo Grande Avenue. No cause has been determined yet.
