Las Vegas Fire & Rescue responded to a vacant apartment fire in the 1300 block of East Odgen Avenue, near 13th Street. No injuries were reported and the cause is unknown.

Police confirm that a 3-year-old child was hurt by a self-inflicted gunshot wound in the 9500 block of Chandler Springs Avenue, near Fort Apache and Warm Springs roads. The child, whose gender has not been released, was transported to a local hospital. The child's current condition is unknown. Las Vegas police's Abuse and Neglect Unit is investigating. READ MORE.
