HENDERSON (KTNV) — The new police chief for the Henderson Police Department had a swearing in ceremony on Tuesday.
Thedrick Andres is the new leader of the department.
He has served as the acting chief when LaTesha Watson was fired.
Watson was placed on administrative leave in March. In April, a police union representative and a City of Henderson spokesperson confirmed she had been fired.
13 Investigates uncovered Watson was the target of several investigations and that Andres was also listed in some of those workplace grievances.
