LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A deadly crash on Summerlin Parkway on Oct. 31 is under investigation.
Nevada state troopers say a BMW left the road and flipped over near the 95 at about 1:28 a.m. on Saturday.
The 48-year-old driver did not have his seatbelt on and was ejected.
Police say it's unclear if he was impaired.
The investigation is ongoing.
