LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A lawsuit against a popular Las Vegas blogger has been dismissed.
Sahara Las Vegas sued Scott Roeben of VitalVegas.com over a story he wrote claiming the resort was shutting its doors for good.

The casino claimed the story panicked employees and scared off guests.
Roeben says he clearly stated the rumor was in fact, a rumor.
He also issued a retraction.
