LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Behind the Cyber Monday deals are thousands of employees making sure all of the online shopping goes smoothly. One those online retailers is here in downtown Las Vegas – Zappos.
The Vegas-based retailer said its employees will answer about 18,000 phone calls, live chats and emails on one of the busiest shopping days of the year.

Zappos rewarded its employees for their hard work by gifting them extra items for their time, as many of them were called in to handle the influx of customer needs.
Employees could also take part in a holiday party during breaks and between phone calls.
