LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Legal troubles are brewing for the company behind the Bleutech Park project.
A former spokesman is now suing Bleutech Park Properties and its CEO, Janet Garcia (also goes by Janet LeGrand), saying they refused to pay him.
This comes as the Garcia braces for a hearing linked to a criminal charge in Florida. She's accused of trying to defraud a south Florida city.
A hearing for that case is scheduled to take place in March.
Construction on Bleutech Park is set to begin in 2020 near Cactus Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard.
