The woman accused of killing a Las Vegas manicurist over an unpaid bill is due in court today.
Krystal Whipple is accused of killing Ngoc Nguyen after the manicurist ran after Whipple and tried to stop her car.
Whipple reportedly hit the woman and then drove away.
A judge is expected to decide today if there's enough evidence for the case to move forward.
