Las Vegas police released the mug shot of a mother who is under arrest after allegedly killing her 2-year-old son and then attempting to take her own life back in February.
Cristina Moya, 21, has been booked in absentia for one count of murder, according to the Las Vegas Police Department.
Police were initially called to a neighborhood near Pebble Drive and Pollock Road on Feb. 25 just before 7:55 a.m. with reports of a possible murder-suicide attempt.

Officers said they were asked to conduct a welfare check on a possible suicidal person at a home in the area and they discovered a deceased 2-year-old and an injured woman.
Detectives were also speaking with the suspect's relatives as part of the investigation to find a motive.
"Since having the child, she has been very depressed," said LVMPD Homicide Lt. Ray Spencer.
Relatives told police her condition had gotten worse in the days before the tragic incident.
The Clark County coroner identified the child as 2-year-old Martin Velazquez. His mother is scheduled to face a judge next on March 11 in a Las Vegas courtroom.
