The man accused by Las Vegas police of killing his two-month-old daughter did not appear in court on Sunday as scheduled.
Officials say Clarence Martin Jr. was still in the hospital.

Las Vegas police say he got into an argument with his girlfriend early Saturday morning and threw their baby off a second story balcony. Then, police say he set their apartment on fire and took off.
A dog died in the fire.
Clarence Martin Jr.'s new court date is set for tomorrow.
He's facing several charges including murder, arson and animal abuse.
