LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — An emotional apology from Ebone Whittaker in court.
She was sentenced in a deadly DUI crash that took the lives of two 16-year-old girls in August.

Police say Whittaker was high on meth, heroin, and PCP when she got behind the wheel.
Whittaker will serve up to 25 years in prison.

She was also ordered to pay thousands in restitution to the families of both victims.
