Las Vegas bus attacker released from jail

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A man convicted after a violent bus attack that cost a local veteran his eye had his jail sentence suspended.

Nathaniel Graves is now on probation for up to 5 years.

Police say the violent attack happened in Dec. 2019.

Police say Graves punched the elderly man and he was left unconscious.

Police say it all started when the suspect put his feet over the victim's lap.

The victim asked him to remove his feet.

Graves refused and proceeded to punch the man in the eye.
