LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Police are investigating after a man was found dead in a home near Harry Reid Airport Tuesday morning.
According to Lt. Steve Riback with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the investigation began just after 5 a.m. when dispatch received a call from a local business.

The call said that a man had walked into the business and said he just killed someone.
Officers responded and made contact with the man, and "a local address in the 2200 block of East Reno was established."
When police arrived at the residence, they found a man dead. The original subject was then taken into custody.
This is an ongoing investigation, but police do believe this to be an isolated incident and that there is no further danger to the public.
