Pfizer to speed up vaccine production, cut process time nearly in half

Pfizer is speeding up production of its COVID-19 vaccine.

It expects the average time to make one batch will soon go from 110 days to 60 days.

Pfizer is calling it Project Light Speed.

The company's vice president of operations says output has already doubled in the last month at their plant in Michigan.
