LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Clark County COVID19 Mitigation and Management Task Force has released a statement saying, "Clark County has dropped off the list of elevated risk of transmission for this first time due to high average number of tests (199.2 tests per day per 100,000) and decrease in positivity (6.7%)."
