As soon as the story about the budget cuts went online, parents wanted to know where the marijuana tax money went.
It's a simple question but there isn't a simple answer. After a day of digging and talking to five different government agencies, it looks like it all boils down to two different taxes, two funds and how the legislature allows education dollars to be spent.
