LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Animal Foundation reports it recently took in nearly 50 cats who were saved from a local home.
A spokesperson from the shelter says most of the cats were sick, struggling to breathe, underweight or dealing with severe dental disease.
The Animal Foundation said it will provide care to the animals until they are ready to go to a new home.
The shelter is also asking for donations to help take care of the cats' medical treatment needed.
