UPDATE 4 P.M.: Property that was left behind at the Alpine Motel will be given to the owners off-site after the items are cataloged, according to courts.

A safe removal process will take place by a contractor to get the property returned, and a comprehensive order is also scheduled to take place after an inspection in the following week.

The next court date for the case is on the court calendar for March 18.
