You won't see footballs like these on the field any time soon.
The fashion footballs were dreamed up by the Council of Fashion Designers of America. It's all part of celebrating the Super Bowl's 50th anniversary.
Designers produced their own bizarre, glitzy, and glamorous takes on the brown leather ball.
Among the participants are big names such as Tiffany and Company and Betsey Johnson.
Gold leaf, tassels, metal spikes and other extravagant embellishments are featured on the balls. Each piece will be auctioned off on Feb. 14 and proceeds will go to the NFL Foundation.
As fans make plans to gather for the big game, local beer distributors are working overtime to keep up with the demand. They say they have been prepping for this since the beginning of the year because this year is different that year's past because it's the 50th anniversary.
And there's an ultra exclusive club heading to Super Bowl 50 and there are now only three members.
it is the Never Miss A Super Bowl Club. They have never, ever missed attending a Super Bowl game in 50 years.
One of the members, Larry Jacobson, took a date for the first game in 1967.
His date wasn't impressed with the game or Larry, but he eventually found the other men who had never missed a Super Bowl.
