Spaghetti Bowl ramp to reopen Wednesday

Posted

The Nevada Department of Transportation will reopen the Interstate 15 northbound to U.S. 95 northbound ramp by 6 a.m. Feb. 22 in downtown Las Vegas.

The ramp was moved farther north in order to make room for an 81-foot-tall, 2,606-foot-long High Occupancy Vehicle flyover as part of Project Neon – a nearly $1 billion 3.7-mile-long widening of Interstate 15 from the U.S. 95 interchange to Sahara Avenue.

The ramp sees approximately 4,000 vehicles per hour during peak travel times.

The ramp had been closed since October.
