The northbound Interstate 15 offramp to the 215 beltway in North Las Vegas will close nightly from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. between June 3-6.
According to the Nevada Department of Transportation, the closures are needed to replace the Range Road bridge joints.
Currently, I-15 is undergoing a 5-mile, $34 million widening project between Craig Road and Speedway Boulevard in North Las Vegas. The project aims to expand the highway from four to six travel lanes and widen four overpass structures at Range Road and the Union Pacific Railroad tracks.
Construction in the area is expected to be finished mid-June.
Drivers are encouraged to be careful while traveling through the work zone, and use alternative routes if possible.
