The Oakland Raiders drafted Ohio State University cornerback Gareon Conley despite recent rape allegations.
Conley has strongly denied these accusations but it'll take weeks for the official rape kit to return and despite providing teams with evidence to support his claims on innocence, Conley remained a huge risk entering draft night.
The Raiders must've been comfortable with Conley's evidence and testimony, because they deemed him worthy of their 24th overall pick in the draft.
These were the reactions on Twitter when Conley was announced as the Raider's choice.
The #Raiders take #OSU CB Gareon Conley. WOW. They are comfortable with his situation. No. 24.

No idea what to make of Gareon Conley's legal issue, but he can play.
