LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Vegas Golden Knights are starting the year with a win after defeating the Arizona Coyotes 6-2 in the first preseason game on Sunday.

Las Vegas was hungry for some hockey. The team says 17,767 were in attendance for the game.
The next game is Sept. 17 in Colorado when the team takes on the Avalanche. Their next home game at T-Mobile Arena is Sept. 25
