Ms. Reed, a Calculus teacher at Rancho High School, made a deal with her AP class. If one of her students could get over 1,000 Twitter retweets and a comment from the official Vegas Golden Knights page, she'd allow the class to take the final exam as a group.
HELP US OUT @GoldenKnights PLEASE! 1,000 RTs AND A REPLY FROM YOU AND WE GET TO TAKE OUR FINAL EXAM AS A CLASS! #VegasBorn #KnightUp #Vgk pic.twitter.com/uHcFezLBU0

Needless to say, the post took off and the tweet had over 1,000 retweets in just a matter of hours.
Even the Golden Knights had to give Ms. Reed props for her unique challenge.
Ms. Reed you are one cool teacher πβ
all your students should bring you balloons and cupcakes for doing this π https://t.co/wzyzsOcM9E

Clark County School District regulation dictates teachers must provide their class a final exam, so instead of canceling the entire test she's decided to let the class take it as a group. We predict a lot of As in this class' future.
