Work is underway on a new shopping center in the southwest area of the valley.
The Durango Post Pavilions will be located near South Durango Drive and Sunset Road. It will include a Smith's Marketplace that is expected to create 250 jobs.
The company behind the shopping center says it should be finished by summer of 2020.
