A Las Vegas native ran for a world record this weekend around the Strip.
Helene Neville crossed the finish line Saturday with supporters cheering her on. She ran the perimeter of the Strip non-stop for 135 miles while carrying an American flag.
Neville started at 7 a.m. Friday and ran for 35 hours.
Neville has survived three bouts of brain cancer and just had brain surgery last month.
