SCUOLA VECCHIA: Due to open Fall 2020, Scuola Vecchia (“Old School”) will bring new life to the former Brio space. Led by Chef James Trees in collaboration with LEV Group Executive Chef Bruce Kalman, Scuola Vecchia will bring the Classic Italian food of older generations, made as it originally was with the best local, fresh, and housemade ingredients available.
ADA’S WINE BAR: Chef James Trees will reinvent Ada’s as Ada's Wine Bar, into a more casual Spanish-inspired bodega, serving great wine discoveries by the glass and bottle, with tapas and small plates in a comfortable social environment. Enjoy in the bar or take away for a picnic or at home.
THE LOUNGE AT EL DORADO: Set to open late summer/early Fall 2020, The Lounge at El Dorado will occupy the former Hampton’s space and maintain the same hours of operation as the neighboring El Dorado Cantina. The space will feature a total of nine booths between the first and second floors and details such as the menu and cocktails will be announced soon.
MATRIARCH BY R+D EMPORIUM: Opening June 19, Matriarch was founded with a rebellious spirit, with a lofty objective: to offer designer fashions at revolutionary prices. The brand is an on-trend harmony of luxury-chic and vacation casual, with a focus on women's ready-to-wear, novel accessories, and kid's clothing ranging from infant to 12 years old.
MR. GALBI KOREAN BBQ: Opening Late 2020, Mr. Galbi showcases authentic Korean BBQ prepared with Korean traditional seasoning and cooking techniques to enhance the flavors, textures, and aesthetic of each dish using only the highest quality meat in an enjoyable modern atmosphere.
OOH LA LA PHOTOGRAPHY: Now open, Lala Photography is offering fun flirty shoots with gorgeous sets ready for models of all ages! Capturing quick modeling sessions, headshots, classes, and even sultry boudoir.
