Skye Canyon is holding its first socially distant community event, ChalkForEarth on Earth Day Wednesday, April 22.
The sidewalk chalk challenge invites residents to create an earth-themed chalk masterpiece on the sidewalk or in the driveway of their house.
ChalkForEarth provides an opportunity to show community spirit and get creative while bringing family activities together.
Prizes will be awarded in two categories: Family and Adult Solo.
For residents in need of chalk, free chalk continues to be available for safe pick up at a table set-up in front of Skye Center on April 22 between noon and 2 p.m.
Participants can then upload their submission to Skye Canyon social media on April 22 and tag @SkyeCanyon and #ChalkForEarth or email a photograph to events@olympiacompanies.com for entry.
