Rock Out for the Cure at the Sahara Events Center is a fundraiser for Ren Zai, who is a local acting coach.
The event will feature performances by singers who have appeared on shows including "American Idol" and "Boy Band."
Zai suffers from Lou Gehrig's disease. The life expectancy is 5 years. Zai's wife is hoping the right therapy will give him more time.
The concert is happening Saturday night. A $15 donation is suggested.
