LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A new program at the West Las Vegas library aims to get students more involved in robotics.
The Robot Lab features hands on equipment that can be used for STEAM education, including free coding classes!
The Library District says it hopes minority and female students take advantage of the lab to help both groups create a pathway to STEAM careers.
In the next 5 to 10 years, 65% of jobs in Las Vegas will be related robotics.
