The Southern Nevada Make a Wish Foundation is granting a wish this weekend for an 18-year-old man battling cancer.

Josiah Ojerio and his family will travel to New York City and attend a live taping of "Saturday Night Live."

Ojerio was told about his wish being granted at an event on Tuesday night at Laugh Factory Las Vegas.

Headliner Jay Black made the announcement in front of a packed house, inviting Josiah on stage with him, as his mom, grandmother and family watched from the audience.

Tropicana Las Vegas also provided a dinner for Josiah and his family at Baccio before the show.
