People can buy tickets for Saturday's Las Vegas 51s game and help a local nonprofit.
The Las Vegas 51s have partnered with After-School All-Stars Las Vegas for the team’s game against the Albuquerque Isotopes at 7:05 p.m. at Cashman Field. Gates for the game open at 6 p.m.
By going to a specially-created ticket link and entering the promo code “ASAS,” fans may purchase tickets online for $12 per seat ($3 per ticket is donated back to ASAS), and a $5 off $25 offer for the Las Vegas 51s Team Store will be printed on each ticket. Online tickets will be available until 2 p.m. the day of the game.
After-School All-Stars students will be featured throughout the game, including the fourteen Youth Advisory Board leaders’ on-field announcement, throwing out the first pitch, accompanying the players on the field, and participating in other between-inning activities.
Those who purchase ASAS tickets will be seated in a reserved section, and a portion of each ASAS ticket sold will be donated to the nonprofit. In addition, the Saturday matchup is 51s Jersey Giveaway Night. The first 2,500 fans through the gate will receive a free 51s jersey.
