LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Nevada's Mining Association is helping out in a big way.

It presented a check for $8700 today to help the After School All-Stars program.

Officials with the after-school program say they are grateful for the assistance.

After School All-Stars offers several different programs such as cooking, dancing, drama, media, and sports.
