NEVADA (KTNV) — The Nevada Highway Patrol shared a pleasant surprise and update on Wednesday afternoon when it comes to a horse on Mount Charleston.
NHP troopers said they spotted a pregnant horse on the mountain in May and when back on the trail, they noticed an addition to the family.

Troopers also reminded drivers to watch their speed when visiting the Mount Charleston area, especially with the new family member enjoying the scenery.
