Local Subway restaurants are partnering up with the Salvation Army to provide sandwiches to more than 300 homeless and low-income residents.
Subway officials and employees will be giving out the sandwiches at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Salvation Army location on West Owens Avenue.
Over the past year, local Subway restaurants have donated nearly 4,000 fresh sandwiches to the needy.
