LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Dressing trashy was never so much fun.
The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection's Recycling Program is partnering with Venetian Resorts to promote the importance of recycling with their statewide "Wearable Recyclables" art contest.
Everything wearable is fair game including jewelry, hats, clothing or even backpacks and capes!
The Venetian is providing the prize money which includes a $250 group prize and individual cash prizes for first, second and third place.
The deadline to submit your garb of garbage is October 17, 2019.
